Buying Process
Purchasing a home can be a tricky situation for anyone. These steps are here to help guide you through the process and make it easier and more efficient for not only you, but your agent as well. Please follow these steps to purchase your new home!
First step, make sure you are within the city. When Real estate is available they will appear in the "Whatsopen" app on your phone.
They will also tweet saying they are in office and for you to stop by.
Real Estate now have 2 offices for your use.
This is where the Catalogue for you to see what interiors are available to you for purchase will be located.
-You will be able to use the catalogue to look and tour each interior for you to determine what shell/IPL you'd like for your new home.
( No more are the days of the agent setting it up and you going in. You can tour at your own pace!)
Once you've determined your interior, location for the interior, and if you want any add - ons, time to talk to an agent about pricing, mortgage cost, down payments, ect.
If by some chance there isn't an agent available to you at your allotted time frame, you have discord as a secondary option.
