Garages, warehouses, storage units, and shipping containers are considered commercial buildings and they have a particular set of interiors that are used. These properties are for storage, businesses, and group gatherings- not your typical realistic 'living quarters'.
Commercial interiors can be added anywhere on the map as long as the intended location has a door, the property size is realistic to the interior choice, and isn't already owned by someone else!
Prices can range between 200k at the cheapest to 1.2 million at the most expensive depending on locations, interior, and other factors.
What's the difference between Commercial and Residentials?
Commercial interiors come with extra storage capacities, and the ability to be located anywhere within the city. (As long as it fits the note above).
